Mind Roade maps your inner miles — thought paths, mood checkpoints, quiet reflections, and gentle waypoints on your iPhone. This policy explains what we may access, what remains on your private mental trail, and what we never share with wellness advertisers or mood-data resellers.

Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to the Mind Roade mobile app on the Apple App Store and to read-only content served from this website’s API. It is written for travelers of the mind and visitors reading this page.
Information
Mind Roade does not require your legal name, email, phone, mailing address, therapist contact, or payment card for core path-tracking tools.
Route titles, mood pins, journal lines, and checkpoint notes you add remain for your in-app experience. We do not repurpose them for targeted advertising or resale.
Remote Templates
When the app loads shared wording — welcome screens, sample paths, or placeholder prompts — it may fetch public JSON from this domain. That material is generic mindfulness text, not your private inner map.
Photos
If you attach visual anchors or sketch boards, Mind Roade may request camera or photo library access only when you choose to import. Contacts, microphone, and location stay unused unless a future feature clearly needs them and this policy is updated.
Device
Standard iOS storage and networking support optional templates and updates. Diagnostics you voluntarily share with Apple follow Apple’s privacy terms.
Hosting
Infrastructure partners operate this policy page and API endpoints. They retain traffic logs needed to run servers under their own practices.
Optional analytics or support tools, if added later, will be named here with collection limited to their role.
Minors
Mind Roade is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. Contact App Store support if a child submitted information and we will help with removal where possible.
Retention & Security
Paths you keep in Mind Roade remain under your control on your device. Remove waypoints in-app or delete the application to clear local storage.
We apply reasonable safeguards to hosted assets. No service is perfectly secure — treat reflections like a folded map in your pocket, not a public feed.
Your Choices
Pause Mind Roade whenever you choose. Revoke photo or network access in iOS Settings for a quieter offline trail journal where supported.
Updates
We may revise this policy as Mind Roade evolves. The date above marks substantive changes. Continued use after an update accepts the new terms where law permits.
